Delicious Recipes for your Healthy Vibrant Life

This recipe book brings together 133 of my most-loved meals - the ones I make for my family, friends, and for myself day after day. My collection reflects years of exploring raw vegan, vegan, and vegetarian cooking, with a few pescatarian and carnivore favorites when my body asks for it. Whether you prefer a plant-based diet or simply enjoy great food made from high-quality ingredients, you’ll find recipes that are simple to make, full of vibrant flavors, and deeply satisfying.

I didn’t become a good cook overnight; it happened one meal at a time. Trying new recipes, figuring out what flavors I liked, and learning how to adjust a dish that didn’t turn out as expected all shaped the way I cook today. This book is the result of that long, delicious experimentation—my go-to meals that have earned a permanent place in my repertoire.

I hope these recipes spark your own creativity, encourage you to play, tweak, and personalize, and eventually become your own favorite nourishing meals. If you came over for dinner, chances are I’d serve you something from these pages. Now you can enjoythese favorites in your own home and make them just the way you like them.

This book is available as a PDF download, making it easy to search for recipes and ingredients and jump to recipes using the table of contents.

If you prefer a printed version, I recommend printing the PDF at an office supply store. It’s 119 pages and fits standard American 8.5” x 11” paper. The pages can take a 3 hole punch on either side of the page and the whole collection fits nicely in a 1 inch binder with enough room for you to add additional pages for your other favorite recipes. I like using the 3-ring binder version so I can pull out a single page while I’m working on that recipe.
